How do I activate my subscription?
After subscribing via the App Store, open the app and tap the airline card. Your access will be activated automatically.

My subscription is active but content won't download.
Try signing out and back in, then restart the app. If the issue persists, contact us.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → PilotReady, then tap Cancel Subscription.

I was charged but lost access.
Please contact us with your Apple ID email and we'll look into it immediately.
Content & Downloads

How do I download the content pack?
After subscribing, tap the airline card on the Airlines screen. The download will start automatically.

Can I use the app offline?
Yes. Once the content pack is downloaded, all study materials are available offline.

The download is stuck or failed.
Check your internet connection and try again. If the problem continues, delete the app and reinstall it.

I forgot my password.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link.

How do I delete my account?
Go to the app's Settings screen and tap "Delete Account". This permanently removes all your data.
AI Features

What are AI Credits?
AI Credits are used for AI-powered interview analysis. You receive a free allowance with your subscription. Additional credits can be purchased from the app.

The AI analysis is not working.
Make sure microphone permission is granted in iPhone Settings → Privacy → Microphone → PilotReady. Also check that you have sufficient AI Credits.
